QuestionQUESTION: Car dies when idol and when driving. RPMs rev and then car dies. Last night car leaped forward before dieing. Prior to purchasing used vehicle, dealer had computer replaced and discovered a plug/wire to the transmission was not connected. This was a similar symptom to the one we are currently encountering. Daughter does not recall any lights coming on when this happens. Any help is greatly appreciated.

QUESTION: Did you even read the Question? There was only 1 time that the car leaped forward. I read a very similar issue from another person on thsi site which indicated it could be a fuse that feeds 2 major components in the car. When the fuse is split and heats up after driving around, one component will die, causing issues with the other major component. I will try the fuses, but never ask another question of ALL EXPERTS with such vague and sarcastic answers as that.

and as for the bad attitude I hope u pay out the ass for some one to figure out whats wrong with your car.
Do u do this with DR's as well?? call them up and chew there ass out for not telling u whats wrong with u over the phone??? get a life I can only work with that I have at hand I cant see the car I cant feel it cant see sensors or any such like that hell for all I know U could have had a rat in there eating away at the wiring I have no idea with such vague description as u say.
Plus if I am wrong I am sorry but is this not a free site and U get what U pay for in most cases????
