The guide pin holes got cross threaded. How do I take the front hub, spindle off to gain better access to fix the threads?

Hi Mike,
I assume you are speaking of removing the hub and bearing but leaving the steering knuckle in place. The procedure is detailed and several pages in length and the site will not accept postings of scanned items, so all I can offer is to xerox copy and postal mail you the pages for how to deal with the hub and bearing and spindle.

Have you looked at the possilility of tapping thru via the rear side of the steering knuckle? It might get you access and be a truer tap action that way.
