Chrysler Repair: 300m, chrysler 300m, serpentine belt

Hi there I am at my wits end with my 2001 Chrysler 300M It has been back to the dealer (used car dealer) 4 times for the same problem which is the serpentine belt for the alternator and I think power steering keeps slicng and flying off. The mechanic says he has replaced everything but I am nort sure I believe him.. HELP PLEASE I really do like the car.

Well if he replaced everything including pulleys he must be doing something wrong maybe the belts are not adjusted right or one of the pulleys is bad or out of alignment where its walking the belt off or hes just not putting the belt on all the pulleys correctly or there has to be something rubbing on the belt somewhere along the path the belt goes Its hard to say on something like this without being there to see the issue it has to be one of those
