Chrysler Repair: Door tensioners, little triangle, grab bar

2001 Sebring Convertible - both the door tensioners are broken (the little gizmos that keep the door open).  Can I replace them without taking the door panel off.  If not, how do I take the door panel off without tearing it to pieces?    Thanks.

You do need to remove the door panel. I'm not positive where the all the screws are off the top of head without being there viewing the door but there should be a couple of screws in the door panel 1 where the handle is 2.two covers need to be removed from the grab bar and there should be 2 bolts inside the grab bar where the covers were 3.remove the door window switch by pulling it out of the panel carefully just work at it prying it out but remember your prying against a soft door panel so go easy and work at it until it removes 4. remove the top little triangle piece at the top of the panel 5.remove the door panel there will still be plastic clips holding it on to the door so start from the bottom and wedge something in between the panel and the door and pry easy until on plastic push pin releases from door then keep working the clips all the way around the door until you have removed the door panel
