Chrysler Repair: 1997 plymouth breeze 2.0, gasket surfaces, gasket seal

i was trying to replace the gasket seal on the oil pan and wen i removed all the bolts on the pan but one it is right where the motor mount is all i want to know is what kind of tool can u use to get that without removing that part of the mount. or can we remove the mount without holding the engine up to get that bolt out??????? please answer me back man thanks.. i hope u know what i am talking about...

OIL PAN
REMOVAL
Drain engine oil.
Remove transmission bending bracket. Refer to Engine Support Module Removal and Installation in this section.
Remove front engine mount and bracket. Refer to Engine Support Module Removal and Installation in this section.
Remove transmission inspection cover.
If equipped with air conditioning remove oil filter and adaptor. Refer to Oil Filter Adapter Removal and Installation in this section.
Remove oil pan.
Clean oil pan and all gasket surfaces.
INSTALLATION
Apply Mopar Silicone Rubber Adhesive Sealant or equivalent at the oil pump to engine block parting line Oil Pan Sealing
Install a new oil pan gasket to pan.
Install pan and tighten screws to 12 N·m (105 in. lbs.)
Install oil filter and adaptor.
Install transmission inspection cover.
install front engine mount and bracket.
Install transmission bending bracket.
Install proper amount of oil. With oil filter 4.25 Liters (4.5 Qts.) Without oil filter 3.8 Liters (4.0 Qts.)
