Chrysler Repair: ATC fault code #36: 99 LH, communication failure, body control module

I did self diagnostic test on my 99 concorde heat system where you press and hold floor,mix,and defrost buttons and got a code #36 what does that mean. Thanks alot

Hi Chad,
According to the manual it means "atc control communication failure". Unfortunately there is no further discussion of what to do about it. Presumably this means the wiring between the unit and the body control module which appears to be a yellow/violet wire between the ATC control pin 2 and the body control gray plug pin 4. It could be the wire or something internal in either module connected at the ends of that wire.
