Light on switch illuminates, but grid doesn't defrost.  I tried to measure the voltage across the grid, but I didn't get any reading.  I checked all the fuses in the inside panel and all were OK.  I tried to see which fuse under the hood served this, but I couldn't tell which one.  The fuses I checked were all good.  Thank you!

Fuse 17 (20 amp) under the hood is for the rear defroster. Check across the grid for voltage again. Also check the socket of fuse 7 under the dash, which should show voltage when you activate the defroster relay. It would prove whether the defroster relay points are conducting current or not.
