Chrysler Repair: Chrysler T&C Overhead Console, negative battery cable, evic

Question
I have a 2003 Chrysler T&C LXi.  The right reading/overhead light in the front overhead console has quit working.  However, if you manually push it in to individually turn it on, it will momentarily light if you hold it in.  I would like to access it to see if the problem is the bulb or the switch.  How do you get access to the bulb in those overhead reading/dome lights in the front console on this model that has the console with the digital display?

Answer
REMOVAL - OVERHEAD CONSOLE
Disconnect and isolate the remote negative battery cable.
Remove the overhead console retaining screw, located in the front of console.
Using your fingertips, grasp the sides of the overhead console and pull straight down evenly to disengage the two snap clips at the rear of the unit.
Lower the overhead console far enough to access the wire harness connectors.
Disconnect the EVIC, CMTC or CT electronic module and the reading/courtesy lamps electrical connector.
Remove the overhead console from the vehicle.
