Chrysler Repair: Removing Spark Plugs on a 3.2 litre chrysler, concorde lxi, manual roland

Question
I have a 2000 concorde lxi  Is there any special things I need to know about removing the spark plugs on this car and installing new ones.  I have watched an online video, and it didn't look like anything I could not handle.  I know you have to be careful in not tearing the boot.  This is what I need to know how not to have this happen.  Anything else you can tell me would be great as well.

Thanks

Answer
Hi Len,
Aside from loosening the 2 screws, alternating back and forth, and watching for the spacers under the coil when loosening the screws that would be the tips on the coil removals. Then rotate the plug boot 1/2 turn, then pull out with steady pressure.
Intall the plugs by hand to begin so as to avoid thread damage. Torque to 20 foot-pounds
Those are the points that I see highlighted in the Corporate manual.
