Chrysler Repair: Serpentine Belt Replacement 1996 sebring convertible, serpentine belt replacement, pulley bolt

Question
My daughter has 1996 sebring convertible that needs serpentine belt replaced.  Shop want over $200.  I want to replace it for her but with that price tag it seems it may be very involved.  Any special information I need in order to replace.  I.E. removal of any components.  Can it be done in relatively quick time.  I do have a serpentine belt tool.
Thanks
