Chrysler Repair: Horn not working, captive screw, dodge neon

Question
I might have asked you this question earlier. I have a 2002 Dodge Neon. The horn does not work. I've checked all the fuses and the cig lighter works. I can't even find the horn. Where is is located? I thought I would start at the horn and work my way back. Thanks Mike
