Chrysler Repair: 2000 sebring 2.5, crank sensor, cam sensor

Question
replaced crank sensor and cam sensor checked wiring its giving a code of p1391. you have to pump the gas to get the car to crank it doesnt want to stay running and the exhaust pipe is cherry red then you can turn car off wait for the pipe to quit glowing crank it up and it runs perfect after you turn it off and let it cool off you have to do that all over again.
