Chrysler Repair: 2003 T&C problems: turn sig cancel, radio, AC controls, heat situation, blower works

Question
Recently bought this when I moved from UK. It had a problem with the left turn not canceling out after completing the turn, which Hall refused to fix. The radio was also occasionally resetting itself back to AM/no volume but still with preset stations, for no apparent reason. This is now happening all the time with no real cause as to why. I have also, with the recent cold weather, found out the heating is also not working. I have the digital display. The blower works and changes speed with the dial, but no heat at all. Is there any test I can do before taking it into a dealer so I am not without the vehicle for long, or can I fix this myself? Thanks.

Answer
Hi Dawn,
Your van is about 5 years newer than my latest manual so I can't be too definitive. On the turn signal cancellation, that appears to be a mechanical issue between the multi-function switch and a cam on the steering shaft. On the radio all I can suggest is checking fuses  #8(under the dash) and 28(in the box under the hood near the battery), or read the purpose of each fuse to find which are for the radio if those two aren't so-identified.
On the heat situation, yes there is self-test of the system but it is covered on several pages of my manual. Rather than typing all that, may I offer to xerox and postal mail them to you? Use the 'thank and rate' tab where you will find a space to enter a comment and thus tell me to where I should mail this information.
