Chrysler Repair: 94 plym3.0 v6 ignition timing, coolant temp, head gaskets

replaced cyl head gaskets have to re install dist timing belt marks seem to be ok. need info to set ststic timing.thanks for your attention randy

Hi Randy,
The timing is set at idle with the coolant temp sensor plug disconnected and the engine warmed up. It should be 12BTDC under those conditions.
Watch the wire order on the distributor cap, it is not what it looks to be because of some internal rewiring of the cap. It is not the same as the actual order 123456 but instead 135462, to improve the wire routing.
