Hi Denis,
I do have the instructions but it is two pages in the manual and I don't have a document scanner. If you will use the "thank and rate" tab you will find a space to comment where you can list your postal mailing address. I'll xerox and postal mail to you the procedure. It is not simple, about 28 steps in each direction.
