Chrysler Repair: 1995 Chrysler convertible top pump location, hydraulic pump, circuit breaker

Where is the hydraulic pump located?  my top won't go up.  hear a click back there when I hit the button, but no movement.

It is on the floor of the trunk, directly behind the right rear seat. I believe that you get to it from behind the seat under a removable cover. Check the circuit breaker in fuse postition #3 under the dash and try to reset it if your power windows/seat aren't working. If that is good, then probably the brushes of the pump motor are worn down and need to be replaced. You will find a knob on the hydraulics which can be turned to release the pressure of the fluid which will allow you to manually lift the top in case there is rain on the way.
