Chrysler Repair: blend door actuator 99 chrysler concorde, chrysler concorde, heater core

Hi Kevin                                                    im getting atc failure codes 23 32 blend door actuator feed back failure and blend door stall failure.dealer in annapolis says 875.oo to fix because he has to remove dash to work on it and replace heater core. BS? ihave no leaks (i pressor tested system no leaks.any ideas how fix this problem?

no BS  an actuator is an electric motor  there is no fluid involved  and yes the dash will need to come out in order to get to it. I would replace the heater core  being that year  and they leak for the fun of it  I have a  99 and I had to on mine 3 month after i did the evap  so unless u want to pay for it again  i would.
