Chrysler Repair: Chrysler Cirrus Brake problem, chrysler cirrus, 1995 chrysler cirrus

Question
I have a 1995 Chrysler Cirrus, LX, V6, ABS. Brake pedal went to floor, stopped car, checked all wheels, no leaks, checked master cylinder and is full. Got back in car and brake worked fine for two weeks, then same thing, brakes were working again. Thought it was master cylinder, changed it, changed all the fluid in the lines, worked fine for one week and then again pedal went to the floor. A far away friend emailed me and said I should do the following:
If you have no leaks on any of the cylinders it could be the vacuum on the brake booster or the booster diaphragm. Check the vacuum lines. Then with engine off check the booster diaphragm by pumping the brake pedal three times and it should not bleed off.

If this is OK maybe check the Wheel Speed sensor on each wheel. This sends a signal to your Hydraulic Control Unit which sits by the power steering pump in the engine compartment, viewable from underneath.

He is in hospital now so can not ask him questions. Does his answer make sense and how do I check Wheel Speed sensor on each wheel? Just got out of hospital for four months myself, so funds are real short, otherwise I would take it to dealer . Thanks for your time sir.

Answer
u can check the vac part yes  bot i doubt u will have the resources to check the single from each wheel speed sensor   if the abs was an issue  u would have an abs light on  and when the abs is active it self when driving the light abs light will flash until the wheels stop slipping and so on.
The booster helps u push the pedal down with vac assist.
