Chrysler Repair: 300C blowing tail light fuse, light fuse, 2005 chrysler 300c

Question
QUESTION: I have a 2005 Chrysler 300C that constantly blows a fuse for the running lights. This is bad because it's also my tail lights at night. I have had it to two different dealerships who have just replaced the fuse and said they couldn't do anything. The fuse blows out about on average about every 4th or 5th time I drive the car but seems to have no pattern. I have put a slightly heavier fuse in but it readily blows them as well. Any suggestions? I like the car but have all but quit driving it and am considering selling it.

ANSWER: which fuse is it  the one in the back in the trunk?I live in the Atlanta area if u would like I can look at this for you.

QUESTION: It's one in the panel under the hood.

Answer
well hate to tell u this  but it looks like a short to ground in the wire some where when u go over a bump or something like that. The only way to trace that down would be to brake the system up and drive it and see if the short is on the front or rear half and which side.
