Chrysler Repair: 1998 Chrysler T&C alarm problem, chrysler factory, ccd system

Question
QUESTION: My 1998 Chrysler T&C anti-theft alarm has been failing over the past few months.  The ignition cut off activates every ten starts or so whether I use the electronic key fob or the door key.  The lights and horn do not activate, only the ignition cuts off.  The dealer has replaced the TCM and BCM plus the microswitch in the driver side door lock, costing over $1,000, and still no luck.  The only work-around they suggest is to manually push down the locks so the van is locked but the alarm is not armed.  Next step is to insist on having the Chrysler factory rep check into the repairs.

ANSWER: humm  thats  interesting  I see the bcm and the key cly switched be that sorta issue. When this issue happens  does the cluster stop working?

QUESTION: The instrument cluster display appears just once, except for the alarm indicator which remains steady.  Any repeated attempts to start the van suppresses the clicks in the lock, and the Vehicle Theft Security System (VTSS) alarm light stays on steady.  I was intrigued by the ASA mechanic who wrote that the PCM was not receiving the OK to start messaging from the BCM.  In this case, the BCM was seeing the "unlock" switch state from the door lock cyl, but would not tell the PCM to allow fuel.  His testing led to finding that the multiplexing Chrysler Collision Detection (CCD) system was receiving incorrect voltage from other modules such as the overhead console module, and replacing it or other offending modules will allow the fuel to flow again.

Answer
the CCD bit of info is wrong  the CCD is the network that all of the computers talk on and the voltage is 2.5 to 2.49 the guy can not read that switching voltage of this  so i dont know what he is talking about on that.
But u are in luck if  he got no commutation with a few different computers I have seen that the INsterment cluster will disrupt the flow of chatter and not allow the car to start  this is why i asked u if the cluster worked. Smack on top of the dash and see if u come back to life.I live in the Atlanta area if u would like I can look at this for you.
