Chrysler Repair: Electrical problem, chrysler concorde lxi, 1997 chrysler concorde

Question
QUESTION: I have a 1997 Chrysler Concorde Lxi w/3.5 engine, and owned sine new.  Yesterday, I was to drive the car, but immediately upon entering I discovered the a/c blower did not work, the power windows would not operate, and the ABS light was on.  Checked the fuses and all appeared okay.  What should I do next?

ANSWER: I looked at the wire diagram and see a common thing with all 3  but i need for u to check for power on 2 things and that will tell me for sure what it is. In the junction block  inside with the fuses  with a test a volt meter see if u get power with the key on  at fuse #21  25 amp.and the ckt breaker #22 20 amp. Then let me know. If u live in the Atlanta are I would look at it for u.

QUESTION: Sir, I'm sorry I don't live in the Atlanta area.  I live in the east-central area of Missouri.  However, I did the test on the fuse and the breaker, and there is not power to either at the fuse block.
ANSWER: ok then both of those are powered by the A21 ckt and its right from the ignition switch  so replace the switch and u should be good to go.
