Chrysler Repair: 1996 town & country power locks/alarm, turn signal flasher, side locks

Question
Saw your answer for the power lock problem cycling b/twn lock & unlock even with no-one around the van.  Our new to us 96 t/c is doing this.  Will try your fix.  What is a key cly?  Is it the key lock itself? Where is the switch located? Just had a thought-stuck the key drivers side locked and unlocked ok...stuck in passenger side, locks repeatedly went up and down without rotating the key. Will open doors by turning key right but will lock them as I turn the key straight to pull it out. This is probably the side that is bad.  Also, our alarm has been going off without anyone around the van.  Do you think the locks cycling may be causing this?  I feel the lock cycling by itself may be the cause of this.  Do you this may be related to the cly?  If so, how can I fix this?  Once I take off the door panel, where is the key cly located?  What is the procedure to change it?  Should I try a used part? P.S. we lost both turn signals coming home and driving lights which I diagnosed as the turn signal flasher (9-prong)..this may help some other readers.  Thanks for help

Answer
The switch is on the back side of the place where u k\out the key in the door. The door panel will need to come off for u to see it back there. Used part no  get a new one  should not be much  50 at most.I live in the Atlanta area I would be glad to look at it for u.
