Chrysler Repair: 1999 Chrysler Town & Country, solenoid pack, chrysler town

Question
I replaced the transmission about two years ago (not a rebuilt but a crated OEM unit) and yesterday it stuck in 3rd gear and the "Service Engine Soon" light came on and stayed on. I went home and turned off the van, let it sit for an hour and restarted. The van then shifted but the light stayed on. I drove it to the dealer who is now telling me it is the "Solenoid Pack Controller" that drives the transmission. My question: Could that be the cause and if so, what should they be charging me to replace it?

I cant tell u what the cause might be  U did not tell me what if any codes they pulled out of the tranny computer. Yeah a sol pack can be an issue. Humm  charge rate  will depends on where u live  i would say 250 for the part  and 200 to 300 to install.
