Chrysler Repair: Head lights / Break lights dont work, brake light switch, chrysler concord

Question
QUESTION: 1998 Chrysler Concord Sedan - I'm having a problem with both the low beam headlights and the break lights. I replaced both with new bulbs and they still don't work. I also replaced the fuses, they still don't work. I believe I have some sort of wiring problem, but I have no idea about how that works. Any thoughts? That would be great.

Thanks,
Trevor

Answer
the bk light switch us under the dash where the bk pedal is at  u will see it.has one connector and a black plunger on it. attached right to the bk pedal. The lights  see if u have voltage at the headlights them self  so we can figure out if if u have a bad connection some where or what.
