Auto Insurance Claims: insurance claim, answer asap, insurance claim

My claim was just denied by the insurance company. Even though it says in the policy that my car is covered fully on everything they will not pay for the damages. My question is aren't they suppose to if my car is fully covered and also do I need to let them know I am appealing their decision? I need to have an answer ASAP. Thanks.

There is no such thing as full coverage - this is just a term people use incorrectly.  You purchased individual coverages and each covers different things.  In order to explain more, you would need to tell me what coverages are on your policy, what happened in the loss, and what you are asking them to pay for.
