Chrysler Repair: no chime alarm, diagnosis chart, jeep cherokee

I do not hear the chime alarm when the seatbelt not being use, the headlights being left on when the engine is off, and the key being in the ignition with the driver's door open or when the low fuel light comes on.  I have a 2001 Jeep Cherokee. Please help. Thank you.

this is from the diagnosis chart
NO CHIMES, BUT ALL OTHER INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FEATURES OK
1. Faulty instrument cluster.
1. Replace the faulty instrument cluster, if required.

The chime part is not working so a new cluster would need to be installed.
