Chrysler Repair: 1994 Chrysler LHS Radiator Fuse blows., 1994 chrysler lhs, amp fuse

My dads 94 LHS keeps blowing the radiator fuse under the dash. We checked the relays via test, they check out, the 40amp is fine under the hood, but it keeps blowing the fuse, its a 10a we've tried a 20 and it still kills it. Any ideas where to find this gremlin and give him a boot to the arse?? Thanks.

Hi Chuck,
I am drawing a blank on what fuse you are referring to under the dash that is related to the radiator (fans?).
The fans themselves are powered by 20 amp fuse D under the hood. So if you would check that one and tell me the number of the one under the dash that is blowing I can be more helpful. I have the circuit diagrams. Also tell me what system isn't working (other than the fans?).
