Chrysler Repair: Fuel pump relay/fuse: 95 T&C, amp fuse, fuel pump relay

Question
where is the fuel switch loacated in a town & country 1995

Answer
Hi Al,
The fuel pump is powered by an electrical switch (relay) located in the power distribution center on the left inner fender just in front of the driver's side strut tower.  That box has a lid which should identify the relay. There is also a 15 amp fuse nearby at pins 5,6 of the fuse area.
So try switching out the fuel pump relay with another one nearby with the same part number, and check the fuse. When you turn the ignition key to the run position you should hear the fuel pump operate for about 1 second, a humming sound from the fuel tank. That will verify whether the circuit is OK.
If so, and you still don't get the engine to start then check for fault codes with your ignition key: on-off-on-off-on and leave on, doing that in 5 seconds or less elapsed time. Then watch the check engine light to flash, pause, flash, etc. Count th nunber of flashes before each pause, then write back with the count numbers in the order of apperance.
Let me know which engine you have.
