-----Question-----
OK.  My brother had his 93 caravan broken into. the rammed a screwriver through the key/plastic assembly that has the contacts in it.  Went to Napa and bought the two parts.  Car will not start. dome lights come on.. but not radio or oil lamp etc... Car will not crank.  It must be a fusible link but which one where?  I have no idea where to look for the correct one.  Would it be marked?  I assume it is near the postive post.  Please help!

Hi Geoff,
I have the '93 wiring diagrams and believe that I can help you with this. But I need to know a few things:
What do you mean by the 'key/plastic assembly' and which two parts did you buy. Do you mean the ignition switch?
++ Yes ignition switch and the solenoid with the key ++
and what else? I don't picture what parts were damaged.
++ smashed out the plastic and rammed screwdriver into the ignition switch and broke the key solenoid ++
When you say the radio won't come on, do you mean no response at all when you turn  off-on knob, no sign of life there, how about the illumination of the dial?
++ Hazard lights, any of the above dashboard warning lights, winshield wipers, radio ++

I take it you mean the oil pressure warning lamp is not coming on when you turn the switch to the run position. Are all the other warning lights also not working?

++ yes ++

Anything else electrical that doesn't work?
You are correct about the fusible links being near the battery, there are quite a few of them, a total of seven of which four come off the main black battery wire, and three come off the fattest red fusible links. They should all be wrapped pretty much together as a harness near the battery and appear as colored spaghetti in appearance. You can either test them electrically or try pulling gently on both ends which will separate if the fusible is blown.
I wouldn't be so sure it is a link however. Can you tell me which engine (2.5, 3.0, or 3.3L)and whether it has a stick or automatic transmission as that causes differences in the starting circuits?
3.3 L automatic
When you try the ignition switch do you hear a soft click from the starter relay, one of several  on the left inner fender?
++ do not know but will try to test... I think nothing going to starter since I hear nothing ++
I'll wait for your response.

Answer
OK, that helps. I still don't understand what the key solenoid is, maybe you mean the lock cylinder? I'll assume the only electrical part you have replaced/touched is the ignition switch.
I would begin at the ignition switch where you should test for 12V to be present at the red wire on pin 7 and also the pink/black wire on pin 4 when the key is in the off position. Those are the two voltage sources that come from the fusible links. By the way there are actually 11 fusible links on the 3.3L. If you don't get 12v on the red wire, then look at the fattest red link and a thin orange link that are in series and together supply that point (pin 7) on the switch. If you don't get 12v on pink/black wire then look at the three thin gray links, one of which may be blown and supplies pin 4 on the switch.
Then let me know what you have found.
