How is the lock cylinder in the hatch of a 2000 caravan replaced?

Hi John,
You have to remove the trim panel on the inside and then you have to remove the entire outside handle assembly in order to then remove the lock cylinder. There are enough steps in this that I would recommend that I postal mail you the pages showing the mechanism and steps that apply from my '98 shop manual which I can xerox copy.
