Towing Issues: apt people towed my car for parking at office parking, parking space, jus

Question
hi
the apt people towed my car as i parked my car in office parking, the towing guy saw me n he know me as im owner of the car hes going to tow, he didnt told me anything n jus took the car saying its my job, office people said get ur car paying money, r they not supposed to give me a warning before they tow or the towing guy duty to inform me before he tow,

Answer
NO they are not required to give you any warnings other than posted parking requirements or restrictions...

Office parking is for the office, not for you to park and go to you apartment, which would deprive any potential tenants from coming in to do business...

What about if someone parked in your "ASSIGNED PARKING SPACE" in front of your apartment and went to the office to do business. Can you use YOUR SPACE then.  Same thing here...

As a rule, signs are posted to provide "WARNINGS and INSTRUCTIONS" on what and where you can park and if you do not meet the requirements then you are in violation...

Hope this helps a bit, but it is one of those cut and dry issues as I see the information provided in the question...
