The rear window on my 2004 convertible will not go up or down. How can I replace the motor.

Hi James,
It is probably described in a Haynes manual. Or I can xerox and postal mail you 3 pages that show the steps for this replacement. You can let me know via the comment section of the Thank and Rate tab. My manual is from '98 but it should apply to your later model. Is there a chance that it might still be under the original warranty?
