Chrysler Repair: 2000 Sebring conv. fog lamps dont operate, sebring jx, sebring conv

Hi Roland,put a set of org/equipment  fog lites in my sebring JX,was already factory wired,then i replaced the switch with factory foglite multiswitch,still won't lite.What have I missed?? all the relays seem to all be there.Bulbs are all good. you helped me once before..

I would check fuse 16 (20 Amp) in the Junction Box under the dash. Make sure it is conducting and doesn't have a subtle crack in the conductor. Then listen for the relay to operate when you turn on the fog lamp switch. Relay is #4 in the junction block..
Check the grounds for the lamps, but those are separate so unlikely the cause of non-function if both don't work unless you didn't connect both.  The body controller activates the relay, so if the relay isn't working I would try to by-pass it with a jumper (two side by side pin sockets in the fog lamp relay socket) and if that works then either the relay is bad or the connections from the headlamp switch to the body controller or from the body controller to the relay are 'open'. Those will require a bit more detailed trouble shooting that I can tell you about if needed. I'm going by the '98 manual so I hope these specific locations are correct.
