Chrysler Repair: electrical problem, electric door locks, chrysler town

Question
I have a 94 Chrysler town&country all wheel dr. with 3.8 v6. my instrument cluster, electric door locks, and radio do not work. I've changed the instrument cluster its digital by the way. I've tried digital and analog gauges. I've changed the body control module, electric door lock module and remote control module, all fuses, cleaned all grounds the book says it has. I've done everything short of changing the wiring harness that I can find out about through research. If you could give me anything at all to work with I would greatly appreciate it.    thanks Ricky

Answer
Hi Ricky,
I am a bit limited in that I only have wiring diagrams for  the '93 and '98 vans. But I suspect your wiring is more in line with the 98 wiring. Can you verify that you have a power distribution center under the hood, which is a box with relays and fuses in it? If so, then it looks like fuse 28 in that box powers the instrument cluster and the radio. So take a close look at that fuse and either check it for continuity with an ohmmeter or visually inspect it for a small crack. Then let me know what you find and verify that you have the PDC under the hood. We can go further after that.
