Chrysler Repair: 3.3L no start, plymouth grand voyager, cam sensor

Question
I have just completed replacing an engine in my 92 plymouth grand voyager with an engine of the same year from a van that we know was running fine. Everything went back together with no problems. I replaced the plugs and wires and timing chain while I had the replacement engine out.  It won't start.  There is no spark at the plugs.  I have switched coil packs.  There is fuel presure to the fuel rail.  There is power to the coil pack when you turn the key on.  At first I was obtaining code 11 - but I swithed the cam sensor from my old engine and now the only code I get is 12.  Thanks for any help you can offer.

Answer
OK CAM SENSOR,When you moved it from one car to the other.Did you do anything to it?When a cam sensor is installed originally it has a piece of sticky cardboard on it which acts as a gauge, otherwords how close to the cam it is.Because there is a spec for it.Go to the dealer and ask for one.Any mopar dealer should have one.We call them micro dots.(flashback from the 70s)
