Chrysler Repair: car turns over but dont start, fuel pump, cranks

Hi i am thinking about buying a 1999 300m but after it sits for a while it cranks over fine but doesnt want to start. If i try a couple of times and also push on the gas it does. but i should not have to push on the gas to get it to start. after it is warm it starts fine.

Has nothing to do with pushing the gas pedal.Try this....The first time you try to start the car,cycle the key 3 times on off on off on off start.If it starts right up,then the fuel pump is losing pressureThe regulator is built into the pump.So you will need to replace the pump.
