Chrysler Repair: 99 Chrysler 300m grinding/rubbing/squeaking from front end., brakes rotors, rotor surface

Question
My Chrysler 300 is driving me insane.  So far both axles, driver's side boot, brakes, rotors, and the transmission support (it was broken/cracked) have all been changed/repaired.  It continues to make a rubbing/grinding noise when coming to a stop, but does not make this noise while driving.  It also makes a squeak/shift/rubbing noise when making sharp turns, and this seems to affect the loudness and/or frequency of the squeaking when braking.
I thank you for your help ahead of time! :)

Answer
Hi Guillermo,
It appears that you have changed out all the common causes of brake noise. It may be that the ant-rattle springs were not installed properlly when the brake pads were changed, or that foreign matter has deposited on the rotor surface. Those are the other possibilities for brake noise. When you say both axles were repaired/changed, then it is true that none of the boots are torn?  That is another source of noise when turning, due to a loss of grease from the cv joint. So my suggestion would be to ask a competent brake shop to inspect the anti-rattle clips on the pads, check for looseness in the pins on which the calipers ride, and take a visual check on all four cv boots for tears. The last thought would be a wheel bearing is getting rough, but usually those "roar" all the time.
Let me know if you come up with something or have another question.
