Chrysler Repair: 87 Chrysler 5th Avenue:, fuse box, starter relay

We received this car and was going to fix to drive as an additional car. With a fully charged battery, the dome light and headlights are on strong, but if you turn the key whether in park or neutral the starter doesn't engage; at first it would just click but now it won't even do that. The fuses in the fuse box has been checked and are okay, but one round silver relay gets warm while sitter there. It does have a 318 in it, also what years 5th avenue are the 87 compatible with? Thank you for your time as we are just starting this project and any help is appreciated

The first thing I would do is make sure the battery terminals are clean and then make sure the connection at the starter is good as well.Then see if you are getting voltage the starter relay.Then try jumping the relay to see if the starter engages.If the car has been sitting for a long period of time without running,I would put a wrench on the engine to make it moves and is not siezed.
