Chrysler Repair: spark plugs/fuel injection, fuel injection system, electrical plug

Question
03 town and country 3.3 with 102,000 miles.  The engine was running fine, but I thought it was time to change the plugs. The engine would barely run with the new plugs.  I replaced the plug wires.  No help.  Three plugs were fouled.  I thought  I may have the wrong plugs and replaced those with OEM plugs.  Better but not perfect.  I did romove a hose to get a #5 cylinder.  Some antifreeze leaked onto an electrical plug which I think is part of the fuel injection system.  One cylinder still is not functioning normally.  Please advise.  Thanks.  Dan

Answer
Its to hard to say whats going on.If it ran fine before you worked on it,then you did something wrong. When you replaced the wires, did you notice the wires line up on the coil 3-1-5 on the back side. Not in order as in the front 2-4-6.Wire connectors can handle fluids poured on them,so I doubt that could be the cause.
