hi there my dog ate the key fob and know i can not start the car .. can u help tell me how to remove the security..

Hi Lee,
I don't have enough experience the SKIM system to know of any way of beating the alarm. It is handled by electronic digital signals that are integrated into the engine controller circuitry so you can't just jump one wire to another as you could with the systems that don't have the smart key feature. I would suggest that you look for a category that I notice exists here at Allexperts>Cars>Auto theft prevention. You will find there a more knowledge person than me and I see he is "available" now.

I assume that you have the smart key immobilizer module system. From what I can read, if you don't have any remaining SKIM keys you will need to go to a dealership and speak to the service manager to see what can be done. These systems can be communicated with via the Chrysler Diagnostic Readout Box III, but that appears to be the only way to defeat the security system. Of course if you collect the dog's stool for the first 24 hours after he swallowed the fob you should be able to retrieve the fob.
