Chrysler Repair: 1993 Concorde Overhead Console not lighting, frame body, shiny metal

Question
The "lights" on my overhead console are out. No temp, direction, nothing. I've checked fuse 14. OK. I've cleaned the contacts for the unit. Still no lettering.

Hi Ron,
Did you check for voltage on the dark blue/white wire when the ignition is in the 'run' position? Also check that the black/light green wire is grounded to any near shiny metal surface attached to the frame/body. If those check out, then the console must be the source of the problem.
