Chrysler Repair: Front Air Blower System issues: 02 T&C, chrysler town and country, chrysler owner

Question
I have a 2002 Chrysler Town and Country Limited with the digital auto temp control. I bought it used and have come to realize its a project car. Here is my question. The Rear air system works just fine which includes the heat and air conditioning, however the front air circulation system does not work at all. The controls light up and show status of the system on the readout however there is no response at all regarding anything that has to do with front air circulation and the air conditioning or heat circulation. There is no defrost as well. I have no control over the fan speed, the defrost, heat or A/C. I have replaced the three relays in the PCM module in the engine compartment, however I cannot locate the interior fuse box to check if there are any relays in there that need to be replaced. I saw there was a relay labeled specifically for the It is coming upon the winter months and would really like to have control of the front defrost and front air controls, especially heat. Please help.

Hi Tim,
Start by checking fuses 10 and 23 as those are power supply for the blower and the atc panel. Then let me know what you have. There is no fuse box under the dash, everything is under the hood.
