Chrysler Repair: 3.3L engine not getting oil to the tappets on one cylinder bank, tappets, tappet

I recently replaced all lifters  on a 3.3 engine and I can't seem to get oil to the right side. I took it back apart and replaced the right head still not getting oil.

Hi Randy,
Because I haven't worked on that engine personally, the best I can do is xerox and postal mail you the pages from the '93 van shop manual in which the 3.3L engine is well covered, sending the pages about tappet replacement and oil supply. So if you would like these respond with a postal mailing address to which I can send the pages.
I do notice that the oil is supplied for the rockers to only one bracket on each cylinder head(second from rear on the right head, and second from the front on the left head). Is it possible that you have the bracket in the wrong position for the head that isn't getting oil?
