Chrysler Repair: car pulls to one side briefly after each shift, transmission repair shop, bench work

Question
I have a 1994 Labaron that when it shifts, it pulls to the left for a second then evens out. It does this between all gears. This seems to have started after a fluid and filter change. What is it and is it an expensive fix.

Answer
Hi Reinhard,
I have not ever experienced or heard of this sort of behavior. I wonder whether it might have to do with the differential part of the transmission which is the final gear set that allows the wheels to turn at different rates, as when going around a corner. That repair would unfortunately require removal and bench work to repair if so. Another possibility might be a fatigued motor mount or drive shaft cv-joint which seizes momentarily when extra torque is applied.
It would be worth speaking to a transmission repair shop for ideas as to what might cause this. Please let me know what you learn and how it resolves.
