Chrysler Repair: dashboard removal, electrical connector, lsi

1999 Town and Country LSI. How do I remove the upper dashboard, the piece the houses the speakers and butts up against the windhield. I see no fasteners at all.  

Answer
The fasteners are under the trim.  Removal of the A-Pillar trim may be required first but after that you press down on the soft part of the dash and you will find an edge.  Pry up on that and it will eventually pop.  Try not to apply all pressure in a single spot.  If you can spread the load out over like a 6-9 inch surface then you will be sure not to damage the upper trim.  Once loosened you have one electrical connector to unplug.
