Chrysler Repair: 92 lebaron conv. no spark, ground clamp, noid light

Dear Sir.
           I recently had to replace the water pump on my 92 lebaron 3liter v-6. While under the hood I replaced the timing belt along with it as a preventitive step. When all was said and done in this killer of a job I was happy and the car ran great. After about two to three weeks the Lebaron had a hard start up at my sisters home in which I thought it might be from low gas in the tank. Upon getting gas the car ran fine for about 3-4 days when it stalled out in an intersection and has never started again! It cranks like crazy but never starts (not even a flutter). I have replaced the following: plugs(gapped at .044), plug wires, distributor (entire assembly), and the coil. I have repeatedly looked for the auto shutdown relay on this car with no success. It is a J-body convertible. The car has no spark in the coil or the distributor of any kind. I put a noid light on the injectors and found out that there is no injector pulse either.I have also gone over the fuses in the box under the hood as well as under the dash and found none that appeared to be bad. Could you please help me to find the problem. I really like this car and would love to fix it (if possible)

The ASD relay is located in the fuse/relay box (PDC) under the hood.  Starting from the side with the most fuses, look at the relays (black boxes).  The ASD relay is the second fuse in and the fuel pump is the third one in.

The ASD and fuel pump relays should have power on two pins when the fuses are good.  If you jump pins 30 and 87 of the harness side, where the relay plugs in, then you have basically done the work of the engine computer to "make" the relay circuit.  Doing this should provide power to the coil, the injectors and anything else that is ASD powered.  The computer is responsible for providing the ground so test light to ASD circuit at coil and ground clamp to chassis ground to verify operation.
