Chrysler Repair: fuel pump not getting power, pressure transducer, fues

i have a 1994 new yorker. It is not getting any power to the fuel pump have replaced the fues and relay. I am getting code 27 and 33

This is pretty involved.  The circuit that feeds your fuel pump and feeds all the injectors power (ASD circuit) doesn't have any power on it.  Code 27 deals with one or more of the injectors while 33 deals with the a/c pressure transducer.

If you've got experience with a multimeter and testing circuits AS WELL AS access to wiring diagrams then I can help you check some things out.  Otherwise you're going to need to take the car to someone who is capable of diagnosing a driveability and electrical problem.
