Chrysler Repair: Tire sizing, wheels and tires, tire sizing

I have a caravan and I have bought a pair of aftermarket 15' 7 rims. Can you tell me what size tires I can use?

If you check out tirerack.com they sell both wheels and tires.  They can give you more information about which tires came factory for the car and recomended tire sizes for wheel sizes of your choice.

On a 15 wheel I THINK the tire size from the factory was around 205/65R15 for the 96-00 body style.  For the years prior to that I want to say they were more like 195/75 or so.  7" rims are a width so you might be able to fit a bit more tread under there to aid both with traction and ride comfort.
