Chrysler Repair: Cirrius cuts off, hick ups, crank sensor

Hey Doug, My main concern is why do you think this thing cuts off while going down road for no apparent reason.        Thanks and God Bless, Mel

It's going to be kind of hard to tell you which component is failing given the lack of fault codes.  

An EGR valve typically won't cause a stalling out while just cruising down the road.  Hick-ups, surges and stalling at a stop or at initial start-up yes.  Cruising most of the time no.

PCM, Crank sensor, Distributor, ASD relay, or even just an ignition switch going out on you could cause it to knock off.  

There's just no way of telling without fault codes or some diagnostic work being done.
