Answer
The ASD relay is responsible for providing power for the coil and fuel pump so naturally when there is a problem with it's circuitry then you could have a rough running or a no start condition.  This relay is mounted on the left (Driver's) fender closest to the strut tower.

Sometimes relays of this design will fail.  They shouldn't be too terribly expensive and you might want to start with a new one and see what that does for you.

In the mean time you will also want to look at the wiring underneath of your battery tray.  There's several major connectors that go to your engine and if there's battery acid dripping or the harness is partially damaged already from previous corrossion or leakage then you will need to start with a new harness before proceding with additional diagnostics.
